About me

I'm K Marie — a self-taught abstract artist originally from the UK, now living in the United States for over 20 years. 

For many years, I admired others' work, unsure if I could create something of substance. I was hesitant to start. Then, everything changed when my friend, who is also an artist, gave me my first  paintbrush and canvas. In that moment I never realized how much I needed that outlet and a way to express my creative side.

Art has become my sanctuary a place where I can be my truest self, free from the pressure of perfection or expectation. I create not just to express myself, but to uplift and encourage others.

My work is expressive, romantic, and intricate, with each piece reflecting my heart and soul.

My inspiration comes from my faith.I believe I'm a vessel for God's creativity  and from the love I have for my two beautiful daughters.

My hope is that when you experience my art, you feel joy, passion, inspiration, and perhaps even a sense of healing. I put my whole heart into what I create, and it's my pleasure to share that with you.
